- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations - Supervise a team of warehouse workers and provide guidance and support - Ensure efficient and accurate receiving, storing, and shipping of products - Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts - Monitor and enforce safety protocols and procedures - Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes - Train new employees on warehouse procedures and equipment operation - Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role in a warehouse or similar environment - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software - Knowledge of basic math principles for inventory management - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed Skills:
- POS (Point of Sale) experience preferred but not required - Customer service skills to assist customers with inquiries or issues - Ability to help team members with their tasks as needed - Strong math skills for inventory management and calculations - Effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Familiarity with retail math for inventory calculations in a retail setting - Experience in food preparation or the food industry is a plus - Basic math skills for accurate counting, measuring, and calculations - Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry is beneficial Job Type:
