Responsibilities:
Key Functions and
Responsibilities:
Starts each shift with a thorough evaluation and documentation of each machine and the products being produced.
Complete routine inspections, in a timely manner, based on the check frequency schedule.
Thoroughly complete all Quality documentation.
These inspections consist of dimensional and physical testing.
Report any defects to Production and complete the Report to Production Log.
Initiate the product hold procedure when defects are found.
Investigate when the defect started and place the defective product, from the start point to the final point, on hold.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND ABILITIES Must be capable of lifting up to 45 lbs.
Possess good math, computer, communication, and organizational skills.
Be detail oriented, and skilled in the use of measuring devices, such as height gages and calipers.
Post one near miss/safety observation monthly.
Authorities Stop Shipment, Stop Production, Place product on hold, Scrap finished goods, Initiate Emergency Quality/Food Safety Action.
KEY BEHAVIORAL TRAITS FOR SUCCSS Detail-oriented, good communication and math skills, and dependability will contribute to success in this position.
In addition, this position requires the ability to demonstrate sound judgment regarding work priorities and problem solving.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS This position requires adequate training in company Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, testing procedures, quality principles and concepts, and completion of documentation.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
