We're looking for licensed insurance agents to work as a family service counselors to provide funeral and cemetery pre-planning options.

The position involves educating and helping families prearrange and prefund end of life services through a preneed insurance policy.
To make an impact daily by helping families prepare and plan for one of the hardest days their family will go through.
Position responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Execution of successful sales strategies In home/office consumer sales presentations Lead generation and prospecting both in the field and within the funeral home Coordinate schedule availability, accept/deny appointments and report results of your sales presentations Provide consumer education on the funeral industry and services provided through the funeral home Travel to appointments with interested consumers and group presentations within the local market
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed insurance agent in Alabama Ability to close preset appointments Ability to cultivate a territory through networking and lead generation Strong relationship development and communication skills Empathetic, caring, and compassionate personality Tremendous work ethic and competitive mindset Education and/or
Experience:
High School diploma/GED or higher 1-3 years of sales experience or relevant experience required Background check Be coachable.
Willing to work one Saturday a month and be on call if needed
