As the Shift Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of all phases of the plant, from production to safety and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a safe and efficient crew to achieve production targets.
Monitor manufacturing processes to maintain high-quality standards.

Implement and maintain an effective safety program within the department.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in leading a team in a production capacity.
Recent experience grading lumber is essential.
Understanding of OSB board production technology is preferred.
Availability to work weekends and nights as needed.
